Ah, spirit conjuring. The one thing that Hollywood likes to make scarier than it really is. No, you can't "accidentally conjure an evil spirit". That's not how any of this works. You're gonna be okay.

Conjure Spirits of the Night

You will need: a room with a window that can open.
Just before Midnight, open the window and sit in the middle of the room on the floor, facing North. Meditate on the silence and allow your mind to be clear of all thoughts.
At the stroke of Midnight, recite the following:
Spirits of the night, I beseech thee,
Find favor with mine call and summons,
On the seven winds I beg thee travel,
And greet me in mine presence,
For a speaking of things that need bespoke,
From this moment hence,
Thy powers do I wish invoke,
For things that need be done.
Once recited, close your eyes and clear your mind. Welcome the sprits as they enter. You will feel their prescence rather than see them. Once they have arrived, you may commmunicate with them using only the voice of your mind.
