You will need: a jar, a white candle, red pepper, ginger, dry dirt, a rock, and a name sigil of the target written on a piece of paper
Light the candle and prepare your workspace. Add all the ingredients minus the sigil to the jar. Either crumple up or burn the sigil paper and add the wad or ashes to the jar. Seal the jar with the wax from the candle. Allow the candle to burn down.
Momma Funch's note - this curse is a little bit bare-bones, but that means theres room to add your own flair to this process. The original author didn't add an incantation or any extra performative aspects, so if you like those (like myself) then feel free to come up with your own.
Make the Nightmares Real

You will need: a jar with a lid, scraps of paper (you will need a lot), a black marker, a picture or written name of the target, vinegar (preferably distilled), and black pepper
On the scraps of paper and using the black marker, write and/or draw all the fears you know the target has. On some pieces, write your frustrations with the target. If you have leftover pieces, put your angry energy into them via scribbling wildly. Place all the pieces in the jar once done.
Add the photo and/or name paper after the pieces. Pour the black pepper into the jar. Envision the black pepper infesting the person's mind like bugs. Fill the jar with vinegar. Envision the target drowing in their fears as you do so.
Tightly secure the lid on the jar. You can dispose of it away from your home or place it in a dark area where it will not be exposed to light.
Burn Your Wishes

You will need: dandelions (one or many), matches or a lighter, paper, a taglock of the target, and an outdoor area safe for burning objects
If you have many dandelions, you can make a ring of them on the ground. If you have one, then lay it on the ground on its own. The more dandelions, the more wishes you destroy.
Use the paper to write down any specific wishes you want to destroy in the target and place the paper in the middle of the ring/over the dandelion. Place the taglock on top of the paper.
Burn the dandelion/s. Envision the target's wishes being destroyed and their luck running out at the last minute.
Dispose of the spell contents in an outdoor trash can when done.
